How long Do I keep the rental?

Our pricing covers a standard rental period of UP TO 8 hrs.
You may select any 8-hour rental period between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 pm. Anything beyond 8 hours is charged an additional $25 per hour. 
We do not offer pick-ups to be scheduled after 9:00 p.m. If you wish to keep your rental past 9:00 p.m. then add "overnight" as your end time in the clients notes and you will automatically roll over into an overnight charge. The overnight charge is an additional charge of $65.

What time do you arrive for set up?

You can count on your party rentals being delivered and set up ahead of your party start time. During the busy season, we often have to start deliveries the day before the actual event date to ensure that we get everyone's orders delivered on time. We count on our residential customers being flexible with our delivery teams to allow us to serve everyone with delightful customer service.

Our office staff will send out a text message to residential customers with the delivery day and a hour delivery window. Unless you need Same-Day Delivery or a Park Set-Up (additional charges apply)

Delivery drivers will call or text when they are on the way to your location.

What if I have to Cancel?

Not a Problem! Just give us a call no later than the 48 hours before your rental is scheduled to be delivered. Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason in the event of any cancellation. They are transferable to any new rental within a 6 month period. In the event that you know your new reschedule date, we can make the change immediately as long as the requested equipment is available. The transferred deposit can be used towards any of our inflatable rentals. All deposits expire and are no longer usable after 6 months from the date of your canceled party. In order to transfer the deposit, we must have notification of your cancellation prior to the delivery date. In the event of cancellation upon delivery, your deposit will be used to cover the delivery/labor cost and no longer transferable.

 

Cancellation due to Weather prior to Delivery Day - ABS cannot ensure appropriate weather conditions for the date of your event. ABS will attempt to communicate with the customer regarding inclement weather concerns to allow ample time to make an informed decision prior to the delivery date.  Customer furthermore agrees that he or she has had adequate time to assess the weather situation for the day of their event and make their own informed decision to cancel, postpone or delay the rental in regard to weather considerations PRIOR to the day of delivery. Customer understands that there is no discount given for time lost due to inappropriate weather conditions should the customer elect to keep their delivery date. Customer understands and agrees that ABS reserves the right to cancel any delivery that is deemed 'unsafe' due to weather circumstances.  Furthermore, customer understands and agrees that deposits and payments made towards the event are NOT refundable under any circumstance. Customer understands and agrees that a cancellation can be made prior to the delivery date and the deposit will be held in our system as a raincheck for up to 6 months from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation due to Any Other Reason prior to Delivery Day - ABS allows for a cancellation for Any Other Reason however, deposits are NOT refundable under any circumstance.  Customer understands and agrees that a cancellation can be made prior to the delivery date and the deposit will be held in our system as a raincheck for up to 6 months from the date of cancellation. 

Cancellation on Delivery Day for ANY Reason - Customer understands and agrees that for orders canceled on the day of delivery but prior to arrival of the delivery team, there is a re-stocking fee of no less than $50.00, or for orders containing multiple inflatables there will be a re-stocking fee of no less than $25.00 PER inflatable and no raincheck will be offered.  Customer understands and agrees that once items are delivered to their event location that there is NO OPTION to cancel and the full invoice is required to be paid in full.

Am I responsible for Damages?

Any damages caused during the time of your event YES.

A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise all activities in and around the inflatable unit or games while they are in use.
The adult must know and enforce all safety rules. Safety rules are printed on a placard outside of each inflatable. The renter is responsible for the safety of all participants and the care of the equipment.
If damage occurs due to failure to follow safety rules or negligence (for example: Silly String on the inflatable, drinks, and food inside of the inflatable, oils, and soaps on the water slide, failing to protect the blower during a rain shower) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, etc which can cost thousands of dollars.
Use of Silly string in one of our inflatables results in a cleaning and damage fee of no less than $200.00.
Applying any product to any inflatable included, but not limited to dish detergent, baby oil, suntan oil, any type of oily substance or product not approved for application on an inflatable will result in a cleaning and damage fee of no less than $200.00
The Damage Waiver DOES NOT COVER Silly String, intentional cuts, damage from cigarettes, fire pits and/or fireworks, oils, and soaps,
